To meet net-zero and fuel poverty targets, we need to increase the pace and scale of retrofit. This requires clear strategic vision, robust project governance and excellent stakeholder engagement - alongside plenty of capital. We work with social landlords, public and private sector organisations to streamline this investment - from securing the funds, to spending them wisely. We lead with innovation and collaboration to streamline processes, hone strategy and improve outcomes for all stakeholders, from residents and landlords to the funding and finance providers. Our CEO, Jamie Abbott was previously UK Housing Sustainability Lead for Turner & Townsend, where he led the development of the techincal support service for the UK Government's Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). Under his leadership this service spearheaded sector capacity growth and supported over 400 organisations to access around £2bn of government funding. Where required we bring together experts in the field to enhance our services.
