Cloud Security Alliance Finland Chapter
Securing Finland's Cloud Future
About Cloud Security Alliance Finland Chapter
CSA Finland Chapter is a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within Cloud Computing, and to provide education on the uses of Cloud Computing to help secure all other forms of computing. The Cloud Security Alliance is led by a broad coalition of industry practitioners, corporations, associations and other key stakeholders. Since its public launch in April 2009, CSA has grown tremendously and continues to set the pace as the industry leader in research and best practices for developing the trusted cloud ecosystem. Cloud Computing represents the next generation of IT — compute as a utility — with an impact that will prove to be even greater than the adoption of the Internet. The CSA Finland Chapter brings together security professionals, researchers, vendors, and end-users united by a common goal: making Finnish cloud environments safer. Our mission is to serve the entire Finnish community impacted by cloud computing — including cloud providers, enterprises, SME companies, and the public sector. We organise events, publish localised research, promote certifications, and advocate for cloud security policy at the national level. As part of CSA's global network of chapters spanning 80+ countries, we connect Finnish professionals to the world's largest cloud security community.
