Founded in 1972, Coastline Equity is a family-owned property management and real estate advisory firm serving multifamily and commercial owners across Southern California. Our 20-person team helps owners protect and improve long-term real estate holdings through clear accountability, documented processes, and hands-on stewardship. We coordinate property operations, accounting, leasing, maintenance, reporting, and capital planning while keeping owners informed about the decisions that matter.
