About Collected Company
Collected Company is a boutique AI strategy and implementation firm that brings the outside expertise and execution capacity to make internal ambitions real. We work with leaders across industries who are accountable for AI transformation, but don't have the headcount or playbook to deliver it alone. We provide hands-on, tailored support throughout all stages of AI transformation, including strategy and planning, prototyping and development, and change management and enablement. The firm was founded by former Google AI leaders Nicole Kerson and Teo Soares, who each spent over a decade at Google working on the early development and application of generative AI. Their work included launching LaMDA and the Gemini API, contributing to Google’s AI principles, and building across products used by billions of people worldwide.
