Originally formed by a group of Humble Oil Employees in 1935, CRCU is the oldest local financial institution in the Baytown, Crosby and Atascocita area. Presently, CRCU is open for membership to anyone who lives or works in Liberty, or Chambers County or within the Goose Creek, Crosby, Huffman, Humble, New Caney and Barbers Hill Independent School Districts. Furthermore, persons who work, reside, or attend school, and businesses located within a 10-mile radius of any CRCU branch also qualify for membership.
