Compounding Gems Aravalli Fund I, LP organized as a Delaware limited partnership (the “US Fund”) operates as a private investment partnership. Compounding Gems Advisors, LLC serves as the general partner (the “US GP & Advisor”) of the Partnership. US GP is registered as an investment advisor in the state of Texas and Washington, US. Compounding Gems India Aravalli Fund I ("India Fund") is an open-ended scheme of Compounding Gems India Trust which is organized as a contributory determinate trust under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. India Fund is registered as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund ("AIF") with Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") (registration number IN/AIF3/23-24/1452). Compounding Gems Capital Advisors LLP ("India GP & Advisor"), a limited liability partnership, acts as the Investment Manager to the Trust and all its Schemes, including the India Fund. US Fund and India Fund primarily invest in companies listed in India. US GP & Advisor and India GP & Advisor (referred as "we", "us" or "our") are value investors with an ownership mindset. We seek to make long-term investments in businesses with strong fundamentals and outstanding promoters (majority shareholders) at an attractive valuation.
