Our Story: The name ‘Conscia’ comes from the Latin ‘Confidant’. With over 40 years of commercial recruitment experience between them, our two founders Ryan and Graham knew they wanted to build a business based on relationships and not transactions; a business which has your brand at the centre with Conscia as a ‘Work Happy’ footnote in the development of your Employer Value Proposition.
