About Continuum Behavioral Health
Continuum Behavioral Health is a family-owned, BCBA-led ABA therapy provider. Since 2011, we've supported individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities through evidence-based care delivered in homes, schools, clinics, and via telehealth. We operate in 13 states with local clinical teams supported by a national network. Our focus is helping every learner participate more fully in daily life—at home, at school, and in their community. What makes us different: - Led by practicing BCBAs—not private equity or finance teams - No productivity quotas or sales-driven targets - Flexible scheduling and caseload sizes - Transparent pathways for career growth from RBT to BCBA - Ongoing training and supervision built into your schedule - A focus on culturally responsive care and underserved communities Our Mission To enhance the quality of life for individuals and families by ensuring meaningful participation in their communities and supporting each learner in reaching their full potential. Our Core Values - Collaboration – We learn more and do more together - Leadership – We shape a better future through ethical care - Passion – We're committed to the science and the people we serve - Best Practice – Interventions are always evidence-based and data-driven - Dissemination – We share resources and training with families, schools, and communities We’re hiring BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff across multiple states. If you're looking for a workplace where clinical decisions drive care—and people stay because they’re valued—you’ll find it here.
