Control Cutter is a global decommissioning full-service provider, delivering patented cutting solutions across both topside and subsea removal, wherever offshore assets reach end of life. Our proprietary hydraulic cutting technology powers two core service lines. Above the seabed, our Conductor Decom Package removes cemented and uncemented multi-string conductor packages in under five minutes, without personnel in the red zone, recovering well slots at a fraction of the time and cost of conventional methods. Subsea, our cutting capability handles pipelines, anchor chains, flexible risers, umbilicals, and casings across a wide range of water depths and installation configurations. Both service lines are built on the same principle: a self-contained, remotely operated system that is faster, safer, and substantially lower in emissions than traditional approaches.
