Delivering co-operative, community-led housing that puts people first. Co-operative Housing Ireland is the national organisation representing, promoting and developing co-operative housing across Ireland. Since 1973, Co-operative Housing Ireland has supported the delivery of over 9,000 homes through home ownership, shared ownership and social-rented co-operatives, providing housing for more than 17,000 people. Today, we own and manage more than 9,000 homes nationwide, working closely with local authorities, communities and Government to help meet Ireland’s housing needs. Guided by co-operative principles, Co-operative Housing Ireland is committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes where people and communities can thrive. We continue to increase delivery each year, helping more families, older people and individuals into secure, long-term housing. Together with our members, partners and staff, Co-operative Housing Ireland is proud to play a leading role in shaping the future of co-operative and community housing in Ireland.
