Copla is a GRC platform for regulated financial entities and fintechs across Europe, covering DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS in one system, from risk assessment and controls through to registers, vendor risk and audit readiness. Our work starts with the business itself: its processes, assets and vendors. A business impact analysis establishes which processes are critical, and the risk register is built from that. Controls then follow the exposure they are meant to reduce, so a company runs the ones that apply to it and not the full contents of a framework. Most platforms leave risk assessment until the end of the implementation, after the controls are already in place. Copla's CISOs and compliance experts work inside the same platform as our customers, taking on vendor questionnaires, audit representation, resilience testing and regulatory reporting. Companies get senior security leadership without building a team for it. When an auditor or a supervisor asks, the registers are current and the evidence is already there.
