About CPTS PARIS NEUF
LA CPTS Paris Neuf est une association fédérant, autour d'un projet de santé né à leur initiative et validé par l’ARS et l’Assurance maladie, des professionnels de santé, médico-sociaux et sociaux du 9e arrondissement de Paris, pour mieux répondre aux besoins de santé de proximité de la population. Ses objectifs : • faciliter l'accès aux soins des habitants du 9e (accès à un médecin traitant ; prise en charge des soins non programmés ; parcours de soin...) ; • renforcer la coordination des professionnels de santé, médico-sociaux et sociaux du territoire ; • améliorer les conditions d'exercice des professionnels en particulier grâce aux échanges pluriprofessionnels et au développement de l'exercice coordonné ; • fluidifier la coordination entre la ville et l’hôpital. L’association s’appuie sur un réseau de plus de 200 adhérents organisés en groupes de travail ou projets/actions chargés de mettre en œuvre le projet de santé territorial.
