Crestbridge Fiduciary Limited is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. Wyoming services are provided by our wholly owned subsidiary, Wyoming Trust Company (WTC), a Wyoming-chartered public trust company regulated by the Wyoming Division of Banking, and WTC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Crestbridge Fiduciary, LLC (CBF) operating by and through WTC. Certain legacy CBF trusteeship agency arrangements currently continue to operate by and through Willow Street Trust Company, LLC pursuant to prior arrangements during an anticipated short transition to WTC.
