We are Crewing Agency NAUTILUS Shipping, which main activity — supplying international Ship-owners with qualified crew. Our head-office is located in Nikolaev, Ukraine. Also we have Branch offices at Odessa city and Sevastopol city, Crimea, Ukraine. The Agency has been doing crewing from 1996. Staff of the NAUTILUS Shipping are experienced and high qualified professionals. We are officially registered and licensed by the Government of Ukraine. We have already demonstrated our excellent performance with qualitative, reliable and cost-effective results to Ship-owners from Europe. Crewmembers are personally selected and prospective applicants carefully screened to verify their experience, competence, fitness and comprehension of English with help of different testing program prior to enlistment in accordance with ISM requirements. Crewing managers conduct rigid screening of new applicants based on NAUTILUS requirements, ISM code and Quality Standards of the Ship-owners. According to Ship-owner's request we can provide either complete or partial crews. Our constantly refreshing big data base includes files of Ukrainian, Russian seafarers (all ranks) who have already worked on different types of the ships (container, bulk carrier, general cargo, m/t, DP fitted vessels, Platform Supply vessels, AHT(S), ROV support vessels).
