About Critical Voices Initiative

Critical Voices Initiative builds the skills, empathy, and respect needed that make challenging and difficult conversations matter. We equip people from all walks of life to move beyond silence, blame, or bias—toward dialogue that drives understanding and action. Our flagship 10-Week Critical Voices Academy combines research-based learning with real-world practice. Participants engage in both self-paced and live sessions designed to strengthen their ability to: • Navigate difficult or divisive conversations with confidence. • Recognize and interrupt unconscious bias. • Foster inclusion and psychological safety in their organizations, families and communities. • Transform conflict into connection through critical, candid dialogue. We believe communities thrive when voices are heard, differences are respected, and curiosity replaces assumption. Critical Voices Initiative partners with corporations, universities, nonprofits, and public institutions to cultivate these skills across leadership levels.
