The CT Plan is the new SEC-mandated Plan that will govern the public dissemination of real-time consolidated equity market data for NMS stocks. The CT Plan is the unified successor to the current CTA and UTP Plans, streamlining administration, enhancing transparency and delivering greater efficiency across the industry. The new unified CT Plan significantly simplifies and streamlines market data administration under a single administrator, DataCT LLC, operating on behalf of the CT Plan under the oversight of the CT Plan Operating Committee (CT Plan LLC). And we’re using a new name for the market data it supplies, US Consolidated Tape™. All information regarding US Consolidated Tape will be ported over to the newly launched website, consolidatedtape.com, which is operated by DataCT and already has information on the contracts, fees, technical specs and more.
