About CUE°
A strategy practice working with mission-driven organizations, initiatives, and funders on systems-level change. We close interpretation gaps between intention and lived experience, and between being shaped by a system and being able to read it. Always starting with behavior. The first gap is between intention and experience: what an organization intends to change versus how that intervention is actually experienced. The second is systemic: how people are shaped by systems they often cannot see, understand, or navigate. I find where those gaps shape behavior and rebuild the strategy around what is actually happening. Ethnographic research reveals relationships. Narrative inquiry creates shared understanding.
