Established in January 2017, Curio Biotech Ltd is a science-based Contract Research Organization (CRO) providing human in vitro research services to its clients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical industries. It has provided specialized and customized human in vitro research services to clients across 3 continents. Curio Biotech’s core expertise is in primary human cells and 3D reconstructed tissue culture systems. These cell and tissue models are used for drug screening, toxicity and functional assays with small and large molecules. Our areas of expertise are human dermatology, immuno-oncology, vascular and stem cell biology, metabolism, inflammation and ageing. We have completed at least one or several projects in these areas. Curio Biotech is aligned with the 3R (Replace, Reduce, and Refine) principles and has developed new in vitro models.
