We’re startup operators with over 30 years of experience leading teams, managing growth, and navigating change. We built Curious Consulting to give leaders and managers the training and support we wish we'd had: clear, applicable, and designed for real life. We help companies upskill their leaders -- front line managers, directors, senior directors, and high performing individual contributors -- because we believe that elevating a company's leadership drives the most meaningful change.
