In 2024 Microsoft and LinkedIn asked business leaders about hiring, and 71% of them would rather hire the less experienced person with AI skills than the more experienced one without. PwC's 2026 AI Jobs Barometer found that jobs asking for AI skills pay 62% more than the same job without them. And when Stanford and MIT gave 5,179 support agents an AI assistant, the newest workers got 34% more done than before. Cyberiad Labs exists to help people understand how to use AI, so they get more done, keep their jobs as the work changes, and improve their lives. We build programmes for working with AI. For learners, a series of free online courses, no coding, no credit card: you learn to ask an AI properly, to spot when it's making things up, and to measure which way of asking works. For organisations, we license our courses to schools, companies, NGOs and governments, under your brand or ours, and we build custom programmes. About our founders: Julien Barbier previously co-founded Holberton School, which grew from one campus in San Francisco to 32 worldwide, then led product and growth at ALX Africa as it went from a few thousand learners to 1.6 million. Youssef is a full-stack engineer who learned to code on one of Julien's programmes, twelve months of software engineering done on an Android tablet.
