Daily Body Mastery
Know your normal.
About Daily Body Mastery
Connect the dots, cope better, get support. The UK based women’s health app that learns your normal. For women managing multiple diagnoses and overlapping symptoms. Two minutes a day to spot your symptom patterns, use practitioner-created tools on hard days and know where to go when you need more help. -- Daily Body Mastery helps you make sense of recurring symptoms, changing hormones, your cycle and daily ups and downs, so you can understand why you feel the way you do and know what could help today (not wait for another referral). When you don't understand your body, every symptom can feel like ANOTHER thing that's wrong with you. It creates fear, anxiety and you just wish you could wake up feeling ok again. We're a body literacy app for women who don't know what's going on with their body, have tried everything to figure it out, and just want to feel better. Every day you check in with yourself. DBM connects your symptoms & patterns over time, explains what might be happening, gives you personalised support for that day, and gradually helps you understand what's normal for your own body. Created by experts in nervous system science and women's hormonal health (and founded by Em, because she was as fed up as you)
