Dajani Consulting was founded in 2011 on a simple idea: do what's best for the client. Fifteen years later, that still shapes how we work — starting with your environment, your constraints, and your people, and building from there. We're a California-based technology and consulting firm serving state and local government. Our team has delivered for agencies including CDT, DOJ, DTSC, CalOES, and STO, performing work that spans justice, health, finance, and emergency services, and the compliance-heavy environments that come with them. Our expertise runs across five practice areas: AI and emerging technology, cybersecurity, assessments of high-risk critical systems, project management, and custom development and modernization. Our project leadership is PMP-certified and experienced with the California Project Management Framework, so we work the way state oversight expects. We also build Dajanex, our Generative AI platform designed for secure government use — source-cited answers, role-based access, audit logging, and accessibility built to WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508. It's the product of the same public-sector experience we bring to consulting work: we built it because we understood, firsthand, what agencies actually need from AI. Dajani Consulting is a Certified California Small Business and holds both CMAS & TDDC MSA contracts.
