Led by a tight-knit, proudly female-run team in North London, Damson Madder was born in 2020, the brainchild of our founder Emma. After years in the industry, Emma witnessed firsthand the environmental and ethical costs that can come with fashion brands and set out to build something better. We know that our industry comes with inherent challenges. The path to sustainability is ongoing, and we’re constantly evolving to ensure our practices reduce harm — to both people and the planet.
