With more than 25 years’ experience across Drainage, Civils, Telecoms and Utilities, I’ve built my career on practical operational knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver reliable solutions in complex environments. My background includes specialist expertise in duct desilting, tree cutting, tanker and gully operations, CCTV WinCan teams, drain lining, and managing multi‑disciplinary field crews. After nearly two decades with F.M. Conway Ltd, I founded D&A Commercial and grew it into a national ancillary support provider, partnering with over 145 telecoms companies and contributing to 9 BDUK contracts across the UK. That experience gave me a strong network across Telecoms, Water, Solar and Power, along with a deep understanding of what clients need from operational support partners. I’ve now launched Dave Angel Consulting Ltd, offering specialist consultancy and operational support to organisations of all sizes. My services include telecoms and drainage operations, project support, commercial and procurement guidance, compliance frameworks (CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold), PQQ development, policy creation and strategic introductions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors. As an ex‑Military Engineer with SMSTS, SSSTS and IOSH Grad qualifications, I bring discipline, structure and a results‑driven approach to every project.
