Decision Governance Group is an independent advisory firm that helps leaders resolve structural breakdowns in how consequential decisions and delegated actions are authorized, owned, carried into execution, and reconstructed under scrutiny. DGG was established as AI and agents entered regulated operations. The work now extends across four connected practice areas. • Enterprise Decision & Execution, when decision rights, operating responsibilities, sequencing, dependencies, escalation, or evidence no longer support the intended outcome. • AI, Agent & Automated Authority, when systems recommend, route, approve, learn, classify, or act across enterprise workflows. • Regulated-Enterprise Pursuit & Decision Readiness, when a technically credible offering must become a decision an institution can authorize, own, challenge, and govern. • External Authority & Advisory Governance, when advisers, fractional executives, embedded operators, or specialist firms receive practical authority that must be explicit and accountable. DGG may work through a bounded diagnostic, leadership advisory, embedded execution assignment, or independent readiness review. The firm does not replace accountable executives, implementation teams, control functions, or institutional owners.
