Yet most workplace tools track tasks, conversations or outcomes, not the commitments that connect the work. At Decontrol, we’re building systems around this missing layer. Our first product, SOPHIA, makes commitments and their effects across the team continuously visible, helping teams coordinate and stay aligned without depending on constant meetings and chasing updates.
