Scale. Quality. Speed.
About DEEP Manufacturing
DEEP Manufacturing is an industrial additive manufacturing company specialising in the rapid production of large-scale, low-volume metal components for multiple industries including energy, subsea, aerospace and defence sectors. Using DED-Arc technology, we provide an alternative to traditional forging and casting, offering fully-additive and hybrid manufacturing solutions. This approach reduces lead times, material waste and supply-chain risk for safety-critical and high-value applications. Our work supports complex infrastructure programmes delivering scale, quality and speed. Originally established to manufacture subsea pressure vessels for human occupancy, DEEP Manufacturing can now support commercial customers across global energy, maritime and aerospace markets. We operate one of the largest concentrations of DED-Arc systems globally, based at our Advanced Manufacturing Centres in Bristol, UK, and Houston, TX. This is supported by an expanding international footprint with active engagement with customers and industry stakeholders across the Middle East and Asia. Our advanced multi-arm DED-Arc capability enables the manufacture of components up to 6.2 metres (20.3ft) in diameter and 3.2 metres (10.5ft) in height. This supports applications such as pressure vessels, structural components and large-format assemblies. Independent certification, including DNV AoM (Approval of Manufacture) covering pressure vessels, pressure vessels for human occupancy, boilers, hull structures and equipment, which underpins our ability to deliver for safety-critical environments. DEEP Manufacturing works with end users, OEMs and engineering companies seeking scalable, certified metal manufacturing solutions for energy, subsea, aerospace and defence programmes worldwide.
