Founded in 1990, Deminor is an internationally recognised litigation funder, ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leading Provider by Legal 500 in its 2026 Dispute Services rankings. With offices in Brussels, London, Hamburg, New York, Hong Kong, Madrid, Milan, Stockholm, Luxembourg and Utrecht, Deminor supports clients across complex disputes worldwide. Deminor combines 19 nationalities and 22 languages, and has supported 85 recovery cases in 23 jurisdictions, including the Americas, the Middle East and offshore centres such as the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. With specialists in arbitration, enforcement, intellectual property, competition, investments & tax, corporate & post-M&A, Deminor’s clients achieved a positive recovery in 77.8% of all concluded cases. The average duration of concluded cases was 4 years. In addition to funding one-to-one commercial claims, Deminor originates, syndicates and funds group actions. In 2018, Deminor was instrumental in securing two of the largest securities settlements in Europe: EUR 1.4bn in Steinhoff and EUR 1.3bn in Fortis/Ageas. It was also the first funder to support collective actions in Italy and reached a landmark settlement in the Olympus securities action in Japan.
