Alliance for Digital Inclusion in Belgium
About DigitAll
Digitalisation is everywhere in our society. Whether it’s making a doctor’s appointment, requesting temporary unemployment benefits, registering your children in school, taking lessons online or requesting a certificate from the municipality: it is increasingly common that these things can only be done digitally. Unfortunately, not everyone has the possibility or the skills to use these digital tools. The digital divide affects some groups more than others. DigitAll is a private, public and non-profit sector initiative for digital inclusion in Belgium. This initiative brings together players from various sectors and backgrounds to build synergies and cooperate with one another. The project aims to contribute to bridging the digital divide by putting digital inclusion on the agenda, by developing a network and by creating a number of ready-to-use solutions that have a positive impact in both the short and the long term.
