Digital Meld is a research and product company focused on how organizations make work performed by people and AI clear, accountable, and durable. We research in the open, build practical products and operating methods, and apply what we learn with the people who own the work. Our research arm develops the AI-Native Operating Framework, an open business operating framework and method for defining, documenting, applying, and improving the standards and procedures through which people and AI perform work. AI Dev Days is its research and education companion, turning source-grounded research into workshops, curriculum, labs, and reusable event materials. Our product work applies the same principles to tools that make AI-assisted work visible, reviewable, and easier to operate. Veritas Kanban is a public example of that direction: a local-first operating layer with explicit task state, permissions, approvals, evidence, audit trails, and recovery paths. We also take on select implementation partnerships when hands-on work can apply and improve the research. We map the real workflow, connect the systems, establish controls and evidence, and help the responsible team carry the result through rollout and handoff. Business purpose comes before technology.
