Dose of Reality is a subscription platform giving brands and agencies instant, AI-searchable access to the real lives of thousands of real UK consumers: human reality on tap. Businesses are drowning in data but starved of deep insight they can trust. Survey panels are fatigued and fraudulent. Platform data is shallow and siloed. Synthetic "respondents" are fast, but fake. The biggest decisions get made on averages, not real people. If the question is “how can I get closer to my current and potential customers” then Dose of Reality is the answer. We are building an ever-growing library of thousands of real lives: in-home, deep interviews and self-shot video diaries, filmed across the UK every week and pooled into one place. Subscribers ask anything in plain English, and our AI answers with the relevant moments: real people, in their own homes, in their own words. What sets Dose apart is depth. We capture not just what people say, but how they really feel: the context and contradictions behind real behaviour. A complementary behavioural layer shows what they actually do, so insight is faster, deeper and better value than buying research one project at a time.
