DovetailEd identifies and engages candidates who aren’t on anybody’s radar screen by skillfully accessing an extensive online database of diverse candidates and leveraging highly personalized outreach. The DoveTailED Partnership With DovetailEd, there are never initiation fees, annual memberships, or search commissions. We offer a straightforward, three-phased, flat-rate fee structure: - Schools first pay a flat fee upon delivery of a pool of qualified and interested candidates. - Schools pay a second flat fee only if they hire a DovetailED candidate. The DovetailED Journey - Initial partnership conversation. - School completes DovetailED intake form. - School provides position description. - DovetailED crafts outreach message for school approval. - Sourcing period (1 – 3 weeks typical). - DovetailED shares candidate profiles with school. - School completes hiring process.
