At Koppie we're trying to save your coffee ritual! *stares at half-finished cup, questioningly* That's right... save your coffee ritual. In short: as a result of global warming, significant demand-supply imbalances are going to be shaking up coffee's future. Our typical playbook of solutions, well, they'll not suffice, or they aren't desirable (like even more deforestation, mass fertiliser use, industrialised farming vs. local farmers, etc.). To help save your morning ritual, we're building a bold brew based on patent pending fermentation & roasting technology. We leverage local pulses to create our "Koppie Bean".
