Enterprise software projects rarely become expensive because of poor engineering. They start costing more because of decisions made before development begins. DSS finds the expensive problems while they're still on paper, then builds the right solution. We learned this by living both sides of it. We spent years doing delivery work for banks and enterprises, kept hitting the same problem, and eventually built the product ourselves: aIDentix, our identity verification product, now certified under eIDAS 2.0. Running our own product taught us what a decision taken in a scoping workshop looks like eighteen months later, once it is live and expensive. That is what we catch. If we see more value in a different scope, we say so before anyone writes code. We have worked this way since 2017, for BP, UniCredit Bulbank, UBB, KBC, Mercer, Atos and the Bulgarian Ministry of Education, as an official ServiceNow Select Partner with certified architects on staff.
