Guided by our mission “Cycling for everyone, everywhere,” the DCE connects international partners with the Netherlands’ extensive experience in cycling policy, infrastructure, and culture. With more than 50 years of expertise behind the Dutch approach, we support governments, businesses, and organisations worldwide in using cycling to improve mobility, road safety, public health, and quality of life. Acting as a trusted intermediary, we bring together Dutch knowledge across the public and private sectors to help cities and regions move from ambition to real-world application.
