Domański Zakrzewski Palinka was established in 1993. For many years now we have been one of the largest independent Polish law firms. DZP has its offices in Warszawa, Poznań and Wrocław. We provide complex advice to clients in all sectors, offering them full-range legal and tax advisory. Among our clients are investors from a variety of sectors and industries, including construction, energy and natural resources, financial institutions, real estate, commercial networks and consumer goods, pharmaceutical and healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications and transport. What makes DZP’s services different is its understanding of both legal and business needs of the clients, and the many years’ experience and expert knowledge of the specialists. The worldwide network of relations with leading foreign law firms, advisory firms, business partners and associations enables us to advise on the international market. We render services in various languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Ukrainian, Chinese and Korean. Every year DZP has been at the forefront of the ranking of largest Polish law firms drawn up by the daily newspaper Rzeczpospolita and in 2012 we were named Law Firm of the Decade for our long-term position of sector leader. Our firm has also received a Chambers & Partners' Award for Excellence - five times, in 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015. In 2012 we won The Lawyer European Award. For many years our lawyers have been recommended and highly ranked by publishers of international legal guides including Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, IFLR 1000 and WTR 1000.
