We solve this in three layers. First, we untangle. Most enterprises run on what we call spaghetti architecture - decades of integrations built on top of each other with no unified blueprint. We step in as integration architects, map the full landscape and redesign it using modern, event-based frameworks like Apache Camel, SAP BTP, MuleSoft and others. The result: real-time data flows that replace overnight batch processes, systems that talk to each other in seconds instead of hours, and infrastructure that scales without multiplying costs. Second, we consolidate. Once systems are connected properly, we build the data foundation - collecting, cleaning and structuring information from dozens of sources into a single, reliable layer. This is where AI becomes possible. Not as a buzzword, but as a tool built on clean, accessible data. Third, we stay. Unlike traditional consultancies that deliver and leave, we operate and support the platforms we build. Our teams embed with client organizations, run daily standups alongside internal staff, and provide ongoing optimization.
