The business is focused on director-led consultancy and quality service, with specialist expertise on everything from defect investigation, Planned Maintenance Plans, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Licence to Alter Surveying, and Party Wall matters to the design and project management of major works. Other key services include structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing and interior design. The team is comprised of expert senior surveyors who are also directors and shareholders in the company. They offer a personal and streamlined service, partnering with key residential management clients and residential blocks to take care of core building surveying services.
