Eastfield Consulting is a fractional CFO practice for therapy and ABA practices. Founded by Jonathan Bunjer in 2021, the practice serves group practice owners who have outgrown the accountant-plus-bookkeeper setup but aren't ready (or sized) for a full-time CFO. The work is built on the years Jonathan spent co-founding and selling KASA Solutions, an EMR and billing service for mental and behavioral health providers, and then leading RCM data operations at Therapy Brands across 20+ portfolio brands. Eastfield engagements include: - Recurring fractional CFO retainer: monthly P&L review, cash flow visibility, payer profitability, hiring and compensation modeling, and forward-looking decision support - Project-based RCM and AR cleanup, billing operations diagnosis, and forecast modeling - Advisory work for healthcare SaaS and digital-health companies on product strategy and revenue cycle operations
