Choosing the wrong optics partner costs more than money, it costs time, rework, and program confidence. When an optical subsystem misses spec on the first build, everything downstream pays the price. Eckhardt Optics helps engineering teams get custom optics right the first time. We design and manufacture custom camera lenses and precision optical components for remote sensing and drone payloads, AR/VR display testing systems (including modified conoscopes for near-eye display characterization), and other specialized imaging and optical measurement applications. Here’s how we work: you share your specs and application context, we design and prototype collaboratively with your team, and you receive production-ready custom optics. Prototypes are typically delivered in about twelve weeks, with production scaling in roughly sixteen.
