In 1997, Coen van Oostrom founded EDGE Technologies with this vision. It led to groundbreaking projects like The Edge in Amsterdam – the world’s greenest, smartest building with the highest BREEAM sustainability score ever recorded. But creating better buildings was just the beginning. We wanted to transform how people work inside them. We discovered that exceptional workspaces need more than sustainable design and smart technology. They need the human touch of hospitality.
