About Edible Landscapes London CIC

Edible Landscapes London is a not-for-profit community education project based in Finsbury Park. We specialise in forest gardening – a design system that creates healthy, resilient ecosystems while empowering people to grow food in ways that benefit both people and wildlife. At the heart of our work is learning by doing. We run twice-weekly volunteer sessions alongside workshops, community events and educational programmes for children, young people and adults. These include our free Forest Explorers sessions, work with children and young people with special educational needs, and the UK’s first accredited Award in Forest Gardening. Through our teaching and our community garden, we aim to give people the knowledge, skills and confidence to grow and connect with nature, while demonstrating how productive urban spaces can support biodiversity, strengthen communities and contribute to a more sustainable food system.
