About WINWIN EdTech Center of Excellence
EdTech Center of Excellence (EdTech CoE) is Ukraine's national hub where education meets technology and AI. Established in 2025 under the WINWIN Global Innovation Strategy 2030 by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science, we research, pilot, and scale solutions that make Ukraine's education system future-ready. Supported by UNICEF Ukraine and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
