We are Egeria: an independent investment company active in three asset classes, aimed at long-term value growth through entrepreneurial partnerships: - Private Equity: we invest in healthy businesses in the Benelux- and DACH-region with an enterprise value of up to €350 million with the underlying principle that management is co-owner. We operate out of our offices in Amsterdam (NL) and Munich (DE). - Real Estate: we invest in commercial and residential real estate in Germany, the Netherlands and the US and we (re)develop real estate projects in the Netherlands. - Listed Investments: we invest in listed companies by taking minority interests and acting as an active partner to management and other shareholders.
