Elevex Capital, LLC (“Elevex”) was formed in 2024 to pursue equipment finance opportunities generated from a broad banking pullback and strong industrial tailwinds. Elevex will maintain a broad, diversified portfolio of industries and believes there is a strong opportunity in traditionally underserved industries to elevate the commercial equipment financing sector using a three-pronged approach: 1. Leveraging the latest technologies to create a faster, more efficient transaction process. Our platform integrates cutting-edge tools to streamline approvals, enhance risk assessments, and improve transparency. 2. We’re building a specialized secondary market trading desk to buy and sell assets, positioning ourselves as a market maker to enhance liquidity and optimize our funding model, while managing portfolio risk and diversification. 3. We are also focused on serving underserved markets, where traditional financing sources are not providing adequate solutions. By combining asset-focused financing with strong asset management capabilities & structuring. Elevex Capital will understand the value of the assets we finance, mitigating valuation risk of ownership in those assets.
