Ellern Mede Group is a specialist inpatient mental healthcare service offering tailored care for children, young people, and adults with complex and overlapping needs. With over 20 years of experience, we deliver formulation-led, multidisciplinary care across our hospital sites in North London and South Yorkshire. Our services support individuals whose needs extend beyond single-diagnosis pathways, including eating disorders, trauma-related presentations, neurodevelopmental conditions, emotional dysregulation, and complex functional or physical health needs. We are recognised for providing bespoke inpatient placements, adapting therapeutic approaches, enhanced staffing and ward environments to meet individual needs. Our services include staged levels of therapeutic intensity, enabling progression towards greater independence. We work nationally and internationally with NHS commissioners, insurers, overseas governments, and private funders.
