Founded in 2019 by former professional footballer Elvis Eckardt, we are a bootstrapped Recruitment and HR consultancy supporting start-ups, SMEs and global organisations, including the Big Four. We bring more than 16 years of experience and have recruited across over 50 countries. We provide tailored solutions instead of forcing every client into the same model.
