The Employees Club of California was formed in 2001 by the parent company, the Los Angeles City Employees Association (LACEA). LACEA is one the nation's largest not-for-profit voluntary employee benefits association (VEBA) and was founded in 1928. The Club connects government employees in California by building a community-oriented network of insurance, discounted benefits and services to state, city and county government workers. Our mission is to celebrate the work and lives of municipal employees in the state of California - for the welfare of employees, retirees and the their families.
