emproc – Experts in Multi-Project Controlling Complex building construction and infrastructure projects are the focus of our work. emproc combines the areas of expertise of cost planning, project management, cost controlling, and bank controlling. We are a specialized and interdisciplinary team led by Christoph Winter and Bernd König – with offices in Starnberg, Berlin, and Frankfurt, as well as directly on-site at our projects, both in Germany and abroad. Project- and solution-oriented dialogue with all stakeholders forms the foundation for the successful implementation of our projects – economically, with high quality, and on schedule. Our references range from airports, high-rises, residential, administrative, hotel, sports, and leisure buildings, clinics, laboratories, stadiums, and museums to exhibition halls – whether as new builds, conversions, renovations, revitalizations, or historic preservation projects.
