We undertake projects across residential, health and social care, community, retail, education, infrastructure, industrial, waste-to-energy sectors. We are especially successful on projects where complex ground conditions or challenging substructures require the integration of civil engineering expertise into building solutions. From the earliest stages of a project, Encon works collaboratively with clients to provide a comprehensive service. This includes feasibility and budget advice, engineering and buildability input, value engineering and, ultimately, the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
